Very pretty medium light bluish green Tourmaline here, with enough blue in it to make it almost look like a lighter colored Emerald in certain lighting. Please see video. Beautiful in all lighting. Bright & brilliant. Very gemmy, with some very pretty blue flash. Prettier in person than its still picture, as the camera could not quite capture the color.

There is a colorless inclusion that runs along the table where it meets the crown. You have to look for it, as it does not jump out at you. It looks like a thin colorless sliver when you see it. Also there is a small chip out of one of the corners of the stone. Very hard to see. As a matter of fact, I didn't know it was there, until I looked at the blown up pictures. Same really goes for the colorless inclusion too. So I've priced this stone accordingly.
