Zircons of this color don't come along that often, let alone in the intense saturation. Beautiful yellow, gold, & orange flash in this stone in certain lighting. Beautiful in all lighting. No heat treatment, & I think the best Yellows are normally the non treated stones. From Sri Lanka , which is noted for fine untreated yellow Zircon.

This stone was re-cut by Dan Stair in a oval brilliant design that is very ring friendly, with nice face up size. Whoever gets this Zircon, will have a rarity.
