This stone is an absoulute gem & unlike most Malaia Garnets holds its color in all lights. A beautiful pinkish orange Padparadscha color in a very bright medium light tone. The extremely nice Portuguese cut makes this gem sparkle with dispersion almost Zircon like. The stone is eye clean & you might manage, might, to fit it in a 9 mm x 7 mm mount.
