Extraordinarily rare faceted hyalite opal from Mexico with an almost colourless appearance in daylight, however under exposure to ultraviolet light the gem explodes with a strong green fluorescence.

Faceted gems of this material are extremely rare due to the gem material being rare and also around 60%-80% of material is wasted when faceting gems.
