Pretty stone, & over the one carat mark. Like many Demantiods from Madagascar, or for that matter Namibia, in certain lighting these stones have a bluish overcast. I think it is more to do with the high dispersion than the color, but it is a nice effect.

This stone has microscopic sugar like inclusions, but are not eye visible, or effect brilliance, as the video demonstrates. Two colorless inclusions, that can be seen in the top left corner of the crown, are really tough to see, you might miss them, but they reflect light, looking like to very tiny pin pricks of light. Which makes this stone, very, very, slightly included.
