I had these made custom a LONG time ago. Pearls are big mama jamma Baroque SS (Fully drilled) handpicked by Pearl Paradise over 11mm each with a pink overtone.

From there they went to Sally from Hearts of Water for custom settings including rosy chocolate diamonds (.15cttw). The settings were handmade in white and rose gold. I have paired them here with vintage white gold studs but they can work with various earrings.
