I have a pair of diamond studs roughly .3ctw (just over 3mm each) in white gold screwbacks. My husband originally purchased them from kay jewelers for me for our wedding. They were originally in yellow gold but I had them reset into white gold screwbacks some time after. I never wear them as I have since purchased a larger set from BGD. Obviously, they aren't BGD or WF quality but they could be a fun starter pair. Here's a pic of one of the studs next to my G color three stone ring for perspective.
