Please note that the gap between the topaz stone and the diamomd halo is very magnified in photos. In real life it is small and looks very elegant. You can see the comparison pic next to other earrings for reference. About the stones:
The topaz stones look almost ethereal. They have such a gorgeous glow and sparkle and the diamonds are absolutely amazing and sparkly. The topaz stones are approximately 6x4mm.The diamonds are approximately VS clarity and G color. The entire earring is approximately 9.5mm high and 7.5mm wide. These are absolutely stunning earrings.
I have photos of the back if anyone interested would like to see that. Also I do not have the original 14k backings for these. Though they fit any earring backing that I have so they should work with whatever you have available.

In the group shot the topaz earrings are next to 6mm pink sapphires and 5mm mint green mmoissanites for size reference. The topaz stones are 6x4mm. The setting makes them look a tad larger.
