This is an authentic sterling silver and 18kt gold David Yurman 5mm cable bracelet. The central station is carved mother of pearl with small faceted sapphire accents. It is in very good condition. Stamped 925 750 D.Y.
Matching enhancer and earrings are available in separate listings. All my David Yurman pieces were purchased new at authorized dealers so are guaranteed authentic.

ETA- I have had a few questions about the size. It is the size medium that most stores carry. It is oval shaped and on the inside of the cable at the widest point it is 2 and 1/4 inches. Because it is open in the back it can be adjusted slightly larger or smaller by very gently pulling or pushing the cables. Hope this helps!!
