This gorgeous 18K yellow gold and black enamel mourning ring is from the Georgian era. It has an inscription on the inside of the band in cursive writing that states "William Sanders died June 27 1825, aged 55". It also has several British hallmarks. On the front of the band in gold lettering reads: "In Memory Of". Condition is very, very good for an almost 200 year old ring. The ring is a size 8 but fits smaller due to its width.
Very good condition with no apparent enamel loss.
*Please note that this listing is for the mourning band described above only.
