A really unique sapphire band with baguette shaped lab sapphire stones in an eternity style. The gold was tested by my appraiser and is 18K and she also confirmed the stones are lab sapphires. Measures 2.5mm wide and 2.5mm tall. The stones do have abrasions and wear typical of vintage eternity rings, however no stones are loose or missing.
