Up for sale is a beautiful antique ruby and diamond eternity ring in 18k white gold. The ring is from England and marked 18ct (for 18k). There is another inscription on the other side, but I'm not sure of its significance -- it appears to say 996 (a serial number, perhaps?). The ring features twelve 2 point single cut diamonds and twelve 3 point square cut rubies in a box-set design. There is lovely engraving on the sides of the ring and milgrain in between the stones. No visible chips or nicks. Very good condition. Size 5.5 (jeweler said it could go up to a 5.75 by scooping out some of the metal, but otherwise can't be sized). I was told by the original seller that it's 2mm wide, but I'm thinking it's more like 2.5mm. I purchased it to wear with my new (old) OEC mounting, but I've since found a band that works much better. Buyer to pay shipping and insurance from Canada. No returns. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
