This is a 3ct neon sapphire 9x7mm from ivy & rose. I had a setting made by Amcor with lab diamonds. The setting is
18k yellow gold, size 4. No further details about treatment on the sapphire; it is included but I think the inclusions add to the glowy neon effect!
