Love Affair Diamonds (fka JbEG) 18k white gold signature "Julia" setting with single cut diamond basket. Size 7.5.
This piece was commissioned when Love Affair Diamonds was Jewels by Erica Grace, and bears the original hallmark of JbEG. Set with an 8mm Portuguese Brilliant cut lab grown ruby, which is included. The stone was carefully selected to match the color of my grandmother's natural Burmese Ruby, and even the bench commented on how rich the color is.
Single cut diamonds circle the basket. The band/shank is solid metal, so easily sized smaller or larger. Very feminine and will work easily with any number of bands or worn alone. Ring was recently polished and has only been worn three times since.
This setting currently retails for $2295 through Love Affair Diamonds, so this is a great value worn as is, or set with your own stone. http://www.loveaffairdiamonds.com/the-julia-solitaire/
Only the Julia setting is included in the sale. Any other pieces of jewelry shown are illustrative only and not included with purchase.
Payment via Paypal or USPS cashier's check. Price includes insured shipping. Original Jewels by Erica Grace box will also be shipped with the ring. I am a private party, so all sales will be final. Please ask any questions prior to purchase.
Only the Julia setting is included in the sale. Neither the plain band nor the french cut diamond band are for sale or included with the purchase.

I purchased this band last year from an antiques house but have decided to move on in my search for the right art deco FC band. It was sold to me as a size 4.5 and I hoped it would be possible to size it up to my size (5) without cutting the band. I took it to Tiffany to inquire if they would be able to size it the small amount. Their Manhattan bench explained to me the in-house process is to re-set stones into a new eternity setting rather than alter an existing eternity setting. I am not certain if this is because they do not want to be responsible for guaranteeing an altered eternity, or if they just want to sell a new setting - either way I am not willing to separate these vintage stones from their original setting.
There is some gentle age to the wheat engraving on either side of the band. The wear is slight and even on one side, while it is worn smooth in three evenly spaced spots on the other side of the band. Due to the symmetry of the wear, it gives me the impression the ring was always worn on the same side by its original owner.
This ring and stones are in impeccable condition and she has aged gracefully to say the least. I have three other FC bands for other fingers, so need to let this beauty go to a loving, new home in order to find her twin in my size.
I am a private seller, so all sales will be final. Please ask any/all questions prior to purchase. Fully insured, registered shipping included with sale. Payment via PayPal, major bank cashier's check or USPS cashier's check. Payment by check will need to be cleared prior to shipping. Only the Tiffany & Co. French Cut Diamond eternity band is for sale. Any other piece shown in the pictures is not included in the sale.
