I’m recently engaged and now have one less finger for bling so I’m selling a few pieces.
This was sold to me as a ½ ct OEC / OMC (the previous seller wasn’t sure). The appraiser says it’s an OMC from the 1800’s and estimates it closer to 1 ct (it wasn’t removed from the setting and weighed), J color, I1. EDIT: I measured it with a digital caliper and it measures 5.69mm. What I do know is that it’s incredibly sparkly, reflects all the colors of the rainbow, has blue fluorescence and a nice open culet. I love the way it twinkles and sparkles but I what I really love is its’ uniqueness and longevity. Although I can see an inclusion with the naked eye, it doesn’t detract from the incredible brilliance and there isn’t any cloudiness at all. The setting is 14k white gold with fishtail prongs and is very comfortable to wear. It measures a size 6.25 and can easily be re-sized. It weighs a sturdy 3.8 grams.
I purchased this ring for $650, but need cash for the wedding and will sell it for $600. (USPS flat rate shipping included in price) I am a private seller so all sales are final.
