Description

This is a beautiful truly antique engagement ring. It is made in an old style where people upgraded their original wedding bands to add diamonds and white metal to keep up with the fashion and upgrade. The base ring is 14 karat yellow gold and the diamond and trilliant lab sapphires are set in platinum with a delicate millgrain. The diamond is roughly half a carat and 5 mm. The center stone is eye clean and roughly an O-P champagne color. I feel the pictures make it look whiter than it truly is. It is a glorious cut though and absolutely a great vintage find. The wedding date in the band dates it to 1920. Size 6.5
